Pre-Game Meals are provided by Parents and families of the Team

Notes on Providing Meals:

The pre-game meal for all HOME games will be held in the Fellowship Hall at the Methodist Church and should be ready to serve around 3:30. You can cook in the kitchen or bring any hot food in crock pots. We need to provide all disposable plates, cups, silverware, napkins, and drinks. The church contact is the secretary, Julie Bogart, 858-2441, 9:00 - 3:00. Please make sure the kitchen is cleaned and table and chairs are put back like they were when you arrived. Please limit the boys to reasonable portions. As of today, there are 90 players (freshmen thru seniors) and 8 coaches.  For HOME GAMES plan on feeding around 100.  If the numbers change during the season, you will be notified

For away games, a sack lunch snack bag for each player.  A simple Sandwich, fruit, veggie sticks, chips, cookie, drink, etc.  The Quarterback Club provides water and/or Gatorade for the ride home.  FOR AWAY GAMES - Plan on feeding 80.  We also help pay for additional meals on longer away games.  Anyone wishing to help with post-game drinks during away games, please e-mail Melonie Maxwell.
